Message	:I have pressure tested my cap, and it checked out fine. It is a cheap fix though and I might still need to be replaced. I will try that. the problem, in the Altimas case, wasn't the pressure test per se, it was that the rubber disk was too wide and wouldn't let the coolant escape to the overflow tank. The test, per the TSB, is the hold the cap bottom side up and make sure you can see the edge of the metal cap all the way around the perimeter. The rubber sealing gasket should be about 1/16" shy of the metal (on the Altima anyway) Good luck, the part is cheap so I would try that first.
